We welcome pick up of any item from our retail store during stated business hours. We are able to hold stock for 7 days once the order is paid for.
Whilst we can source the most cost effective way of getting the item to you and provide a courier quote prior to the confirmation of your order, Imperfect Perfections do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit once the goods leave our premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to deal directly with the chosen courier for any insurance claim.
